Q: Why can't I find a phone number?
A: I am a single person small business, due to the high volume of enquiries on a daily basis I cannot deliver my sort after level of service & spend all day on the phone, as soon as I have an employee to share the load, you will be able to contact me via phone again.

Q: What companies do you use for shipping?
A: National orders are shipped using Australia Post or with selected couriers by request. International orders are shipped with Australia Post or by request with DHL or TNT.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: This depends on location, shipping option you have chosen, size/weight of order.
Q: Can I pick up my order or do you only ship?
A: Yes, pickup is welcome for any online orders simply select "pickup" in the shipping section of checkout.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! all orders are welcomed, I am happy to order in products or source new products. Keep in mind none of the above are quick processes..
Q: Can you source/help source products for my business or company?
A: I certainly can, I have years of experience sourcing new & existing products, organising production of individual components or complete items.
